You best options for body boarding are at Lydgate State Park, Wailua Beach or Kealia Beach. You can rent a board from virtually anywhere in the area. The Wave Surf Co, Kaua`i Water Ski and Surf Co, Snorkel Bob’s, Activity Warehouse and Dive Kaua`i Scuba Center are good options. Also check with your condo or hotel. Some of them might have rentals available or boards you can use at no charge.
