The Kaua`i Marriott Resort & Beach Club’s full-service day spa offers facials, body wraps and a wide variety of massages at the spa or on the beach. The salon will take care of all your beauty needs, and it doesn’t even have to be your wedding day.

Mana Massage, 808-822-4746, www.manamassage.com. You’ll find an eclectic mix of healing techniques at Mana Massage. They combine Hawaiian lomi lomi, myofascial release, hot lava stone, deep tissue and sports massage, among many others. You leave feeling lighter and more relaxed. You can find them inside the Kaua`i Athletic Center or in Wailua overlooking the Wailua River. They’ll even come to you.

Kaua`i Athletic Club, Kukui Grove Professional Bldg, 4370 Kukui Grove Street, Lihu`e, 808-245-5381. Open Monday through Friday from 5:30 am to 9 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 5 pm. If you can’t help yourself and HAVE to get to the gym, the Kaua`i Athletic Club has free weights, Cybex machines and treadmills for your use. There are also five racquetball courts. You can get a daily membership for $12 or weekly membership for $45.
